At this moment we can only deliver in the Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg), Germany and in France.

If your delivery address is not in one of these countries, we will not be able to deliver your order.

Your product will be delivered to the address indicated in your order.

GameO makes every effort to ensure that you receive your product within the time frame stated on our website.

The delivery date of your package depends on your destination country.

3 Returns & Refunds

If the product you received is not what you ordered or does not suit you, please return it in its original packaging, still sealed.

Please note that if the product in question is a video game/software and the packaging is unsealed, we will not be able to exchange or refund.

If your purchase does not fall into the above category and the packaging has been opened, once the package has been returned to us, we will conduct an analysis to determine if there is any depreciation.

If the product received is damaged, we are sorry. In order to find the best solution, please send us an email with pictures via [email protected].

There are 2 possibilities:

- In your parcel, you normally received a document containing the instructions and conditions for making a return, as well as a sticker to stick on the package you are going to send back.

- In the order confirmation email, you will find a document attached that explains how and in which case to proceed with a return, as well as a document to place in the parcel and a label to stick on your parcel afterwards. You can also click here to find this document.
