Returns & Refunds

If the product you received does not suit you, please return it in within 30 days in its original packaging.

Please note that if the product is a video game/software and the packaging is unsealed, we will not be able to exchange or refund.

If the product received is damaged, we are sorry. In order to find the best solution, please send us an email with pictures via [email protected].

-If you do not want to keep the product, you can return it to us in the original packaging within 30 days.

You can then return the package to the address below:

Always provide your order number on the return shipment, so that we know that the package comes from you.

-If the product is defective within the warranty period of 1 year, or has been delivered damaged, please contact us.

Send us a photo and/or explanation of the defect or damage by e-mail, so that we can properly assess it.

If accepted, we will provide a return label for you in this case.
