Start with the original Outriders campaign or use a boost to advance directly to the Wordslayer campaign with a fully equipped level 30 character.
There you'll face the most powerful Altered of your generation, Ereshkigal, in humanity's final fight for survival.

And beyond that, the Dantean endgame content will pit you against even worse horrors in the ancient ruins of Tarya Gratar.
